Job Description

Preparation of MIS reports of the branches
Bank reconciliation of shop transactions.
Preparation of GST returns
Preparation of individual ITR returns
Verification of TDS deducted on expenses whether deducted is the correct rate or not.
Verification of cash transactions.
Verification of salary entry, expenses voucher, incentive and bonus.
Preparation of stock register submission to the bank for the compliance of overdraft facility.
Preparing Trading, PL accounts and Balance sheet.
Verification of details for VAT purpose sales Summary, Purchases Inter-State Intra State, Sales Return (Debit Credit Note)
Maintain a tracker of due dates of renewal of (insurance, sales tax, BIS, ISO, weight machine,shop registration, labor registration)
