Responsibilities:

• Engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and educate customers on different jewelry collections
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry and gemstones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
