Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand customer base.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising displays to enhance the customer experience.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent product knowledge and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and market competition.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required.
