Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a dedicated team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and manage customer relations effectively.
• Maintain impeccable showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
• Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
• Implement marketing strategies and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast demand, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar leadership role in high-end retail (jewellery retail preferred).
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
