Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the jewelry industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitors in the jewelry industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
