Job Description

Job Summary: 
· The business development Executive is responsible for bringing in new business for the company through a variety of sales techniques.
 · We are looking for a result driven b2b Diamond Jewellery Marketing for Overseas Export Market with good experience in jewellery. 
· Candidates to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales in overseas and develop contacts from globally. 

Duties and Responsibilities Include: 
· Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right merchandise. 
· You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
 · Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.
 · A good understanding of Loose Diamonds, Certified Diamonds and Diamonds Jewellery and experience in the required field is most important. Exposure of the overseas market is also necessary.
 · For Overseas Diamond Jewellery Marketing the candidates with good USA European marketing contacts will do.
 · Attending industry events in order to generate business leads. · Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry.
 · Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed · Well organized with previous experience using CRM systems.
 · Business Cycle Management, Account Management and selling multiple solutions offered by company · Plan approaches and pitch.
 · Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives. · Solution offerings and business case to the client & involvement in preparation of proposals. Manage the sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis. 
· Strengthen the company's direct sales and business development capabilities.
 · Run targeted sales & marketing campaigns for business development · Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.
 · You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client globally.

Desired Candidate Profile: · Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
 · Strong analytical, networking and management skills.
 · Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment. 
· Adapt new knowledge to increase productivity. 
· Understand the fundamentals of online sales. 
Should have minimum 3-4 years B2B sales experience especially in selling Jewellery.
 Proven track record of growing business and exceeding revenue targets.
 Experience working for international market
