Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory, showroom, and corporate roles
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR MIS
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance
Address employee queries and HR-related issues
Assist in HR policies, performance management, and engagement activities
Requirements
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the jewellery industry
Experience in recruitment and HR operations
Knowledge of labor laws and basic statutory compliances
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
