Personal Skills :
· Should have excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality with a go getter attitude.
· Self-motivated and be willing to work under target pressure.
Technical Skills :
· Candidate should have relevant experience in Corporate Gifting business
· Should be capable of new business development, client servicing and sales.
· Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with a Gold & Silver coins business.
Key Responsibilities :
· Owning and hitting/exceeding monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
· Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
· Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
· New Client Acquisition & Lead generation
· Identify Customer needs and service newly acquired clients to tap full potential
· Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight
· Ensure smooth execution from production to payment received. Making sure the order is delivered as committed
Requirements:
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
