Job Description
We at Zariin are looking for a Creative head with 7+ years of experience to Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for all new collection launches, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
- Review overall collection launches on the website which includes texts, banners, images.
- Plan and execute the launches across all touch points with attention to detail (social media, website, content, blogs, marketplace).
- Owning end to end content creation for the brand overall.
- Conceptualize and execute the Creatives and story telling plan for Performance Marketing (Ads), and coordinate with the Ads Agency on regular basis to ensure high quality and high performance creatives are used on Digital Ads.
- Drive growth in Organic traffic to the website and social media.
- Strategise and lead the content teams to create material such as videos, blogs, social media posts about brand, collections, and products which help create customer interest in the brand and drive conversions on social media and website.
- Create a cohesive voice for the brand on all different touch points such as website, social media, marketplace, blogs, you tube, etc.
- Keep all Content updated on the website (about us, our story, etc), look books, in-store communication, and others.
- Direct the campaigns for Social Media , include the posts and stories which are engaging and interesting for the customers – posts (brand, stores, collections products), contests, polls, etc.
- Give direction for the Blogs related to collections, celebrity check, fashion trends, etc. Content images and videos for same to be planned and executed through the Content Writing Team.
- Ensure complete hygiene of the brand's website, timely updation of banners, and take inputs from the Growth team to identify and execute strategies to drive higher conversions on the website.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.
- Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges.
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
- Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have an experience of 7-8 Plus years in a leadership position in an e-commerce company, preferably luxury/ fashion D2C.
Should have led the Content team, and exhibit strong leadership skills.
