Job Responsibility 
Create product Policy, Contract.
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance Dealer’s
expectations and company’s objectives.
Collaborate with Dealers anywhere and analysts to negotiate prices,
quantities and time-scales.
Analyze sales figures, dealer’s reactions and market trends to anticipate
product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
supervising and training junior staff.
Setting promotions/price reductions as appropriate.
making financial presentations to senior managers.
assessing sales performance of different ranges.

Job Specification: 
Minimum of a Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.

Additional Job Requirements
Should have advance communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment.
