* Experience in conducting grading of diamonds in a laboratory 

* Setting knowledge in grading the studded jewelry will be an added advantage 

* Sound knowledge of diamond symmetry and clarity characteristics 

* To operate various grading instruments

# Graduate in Diamond grading or gemstones is essential 

# Observe assess and document the 4Cs of a diamond 

# To judge the quality and characteristics of the diamond
