Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle cash and payment transactions with care
• Ensure compliance with company policies and retail guidelines
• Maintain visual merchandising standards within the store
• Participate in inventory management and store upkeep

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for sales
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English and local languages
• Educational qualification: Minimum 10+2 / Higher Secondary Education
