• Manage end-to-end product development for jewelry collections – from initial concept through design, sampling, and final production. • Coordinate with the design and CAD teams to ensure accurate translation of design briefs into technical drawings and models. • Liaise with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure timely sampling and production. • Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones and delivery deadlines are met. • Maintain detailed tracking of all active projects, design changes, samples, and approvals. • Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to support collection launches. • Conduct regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless progress. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to design feasibility, sampling delays, or vendor capacity. • Maintain organized records of product specifications, revisions, and costing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product development within the jewelry industry. • Strong understanding of jewelry design, CAD processes, materials, and manufacturing techniques. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict timelines. • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills with internal teams and external vendors. • Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills – verbal and written. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
