Handle end-to-end processes related to lab-grown diamonds (CVD / HPHT) Monitor production quality and adherence to process standards Coordinate with production, QC, and grading teams Conduct initial quality checks and assist in grading readiness Track batches, yields, and stone movement across departments Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and inventory accuracy Identify quality issues and support corrective actions Maintain consistency in output as per company benchmarks Support reporting related to production and quality metrics Work closely with senior management on operational requirements

2–6 years of experience in lab-grown diamond operations Working knowledge of CVD and/or HPHT processes Understanding of diamond quality parameters (4Cs) Exposure to grading standards (IGI / GIA preferred) Strong attention to detail and process discipline Ability to coordinate across teams and handle documentation Comfortable working in a structured production environment 🔹 Technical Knowledge Preferred Growth process monitoring Yield and rejection analysis Batch tracking and inventory handling Basic understanding of polishing / planning stages (added advantage)
