The Accounts Executive for Jewelry Manufacturer is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations related to the jewelry manufacturing business. 

This includes day-to-day financial activities such as accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, billing, managing budgets, developing financial reports, and providing financial analysis.
 

Accounts Executive Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage all accounting and financial operations for jewelry manufacturing business
• Monitor daily financial transactions such as accounts receivable and accounts payable, payroll, billing, and budgeting
• Develop accurate and timely financial reports 
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to help improve the business 
• Provide advice on potential investments or other financial opportunities that can help the business grow 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to finance and accounting

 

Accounts Executive Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Jewellery software knowledge
• Stock Inventory, Tally ERP.9, Sale & Purchase Entry,
• To maintain books of accounts on a daily basis in Tally.
• To maintain inventory and stock on a daily basis and submit reports.
• To ensure all payments only after approval & preparation of all accounting voucher such as cash, bank, journals, etc
• To ensure all the bills are paid properly and timely prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
• Co ordinations Vendors and their queries and reconciliations
• Good in Excel use
• Summaries financial status by collecting information and other statements.
• Generation of e-invoices as per required
• Should have excellent communication skills
