Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at a store based in Tanjore. 

As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving corporate sales and expanding our customer base.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed corporate sales targets
  • Identify and engage with potential corporate clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to develop tailored solutions for clients
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably within the jewelry industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
