The Jewelry Close Setter is responsible for setting precious stones into jewelry such as rings, necklaces and earrings.

 This job requires a keen eye for detail, precision and accuracy in order to ensure that the stones are set properly and securely.

Jewelry Close Setter Job Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut and fit precious stones into jewelry pieces

• Set stones into settings using tools such as tweezers and pliers

• Adjust the settings to ensure a secure fit

• Examine the pieces to ensure they meet quality standards

• Ensure that the work area is clean and organized at all times

Jewelry Close Setter Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in jewelry setting

• Experience with a variety of tools and techniques used to set precious stones

• Ability to measure, cut and fit stones accurately with precision

• Attention to detail

• Manual dexterity with small objects
