Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Chennai's local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
• Fluency in Tamil and English is required.
