We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Malabar Gold and Diamonds in our Tirupur Store. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards and resolving customer queries and concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's overall appeal.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and professional development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry sales and trends is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
