Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan, organize and manage work plans of CAD team.
• Manage reports, resource identification and schedule for CAD team.
• Provide guidance and direction to CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
• Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.
• Ensuring optimal deliverance in terms of overall TAT of design submission.
• Initiate and maintain contact with US office for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
• Identify opportunities and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.
• Recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs.
• Hire, train and supervise CAD users in core application skills and standards.
• Create and improvise the SOPs for better productivity.
• Balancing out the roles and responsibilities throughout the different shifts.
• Evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance and productivity.
• Maintain records of generated design deliverables.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
   

Desired Candidate Profile
 

• Must have good CAD Jewellery designing knowledge using Rhino/Matrix.
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Must be comfortable in Day/Night Shift
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with team members
