We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Female Candidates) to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determining selection criteria.
• Sourcing potential candidates.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Internal Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews, Negotiation and Offers.

Job Expectations:

• Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
• Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants.
• Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations.
• A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company.
   

Requirements:

• Candidates must have done 30 to 40 hiring per month
• Should have worked with multiple consultancy tie ups.
• Looking for Non tech / from retail background hiring only.
• Candidates having experience in Campus hiring, bulk hiring recruitment are welcome.
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.

Experience:

MBA masters degree is must.

0-1 year experience. 

AGE: 25-30 years

Education:
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
