● Developing the HR agenda
● Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices
● Improving and monitoring employee productivity
● Managing staff wellness initiatives
● Improving relations between staff and employers
● Evaluating staffing needs
● Overseeing recruitment efforts
● Engaging with heads of department
