The role involves sales of certified diamonds with existing and new clients in the United States, Europe and India and also need Experience in B2B trading and sales in the diamond industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Understanding of the loose diamond market and prices.
Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc.
Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Highlight issues through feedback based on customer demand to meet their needs. Well-organized and self-motivated.
Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines.
Communicates effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Analytical mind & attention to detail.
High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation.
Diamond-related knowledge including certificates and grading, i.e. GIA, HRD, IGI, etc. High result orientation.
