Job description:

• Must have a good understanding of Global staffing business, sales, and recruitment process.
• Ability to develop long-lasting vendor relationships.
• Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, ZIP Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source Job requirements.
• Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results.
• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Focus and dedication to work online with repetitive tasks.
• An individual with 0-1 years of experience with proven Recruiting experience in the IT consulting industry
• Must be willing to work in the both day & night shifts (US & Canada & India time zones)
