Model Preparation & Optimization Edit and modify existing CAD models to prepare them for high-quality rendering Clean up geometry, fix mesh issues, and optimize topology for render efficiency Ensure models are structurally sound and production-aware Verify stone settings, prong placements, and technical accuracy Optimize file sizes while maintaining quality standards Software Proficiency Work proficiently across Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, and Blender Convert files between different formats (.3dm,.jcd .stl, etc.) as needed Apply appropriate materials, textures, and surface finishes Set up models for optimal lighting and camera angles Quality Control Conduct thorough quality checks on all modified models Ensure consistency with client specifications and brand guidelines Identify and resolve technical issues before rendering Maintain detailed documentation of modifications made Workflow Management Meet tight deadlines with 24-48 hour turnaround requirements Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills Communicate effectively with CAD designers and rendering team Follow established protocols for file security and version control
