JewelFx is seeking a creative and detail-oriented NIFT graduate (Fresher) to join our merchandising team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about jewellery design, product development, trend research, and brand presentation.

The Merchandiser will bridge the gap between design, production, and sales teamsensuring that collections align with market trends, customer demand, and brand positioning.

1️⃣ Product Development & Coordination Assist in developing new jewellery collections based on trend research Coordinate between design, sampling, and production teams Follow up on sample development and approvals Maintain product specification sheets and documentation 2️⃣ Trend Research & Market Analysis Conduct research on jewellery, fashion, and accessory trends Study competitor collections and pricing strategies Provide inputs for seasonal collection planning Analyze customer demand and suggest category improvements 3️⃣ Vendor & Production Coordination Coordinate with karigars and vendors for sampling and execution Track product timelines and ensure on-time readiness Support quality checks before final dispatch 4️⃣ Sales & Inventory Support Assist sales team with product information, styling inputs, and catalog updates Maintain inventory tracking and product tagging accuracy Support photoshoots, product shoots, and catalog styling when required 5️⃣ Documentation & Reporting Maintain SKU records and product master sheets Prepare merchandising reports and product performance tracking Maintain cost sheets (metal, diamond/stone, labour) under supervision
