Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services offered by JKJ Jewellers.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with patience and empathy.
• Process sales transactions and manage the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, jewelry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
