Job Description
We are looking to hire Junior HR executive to lead and manage the talent acquisition function across Malabar Group in order to attract top talent and recruit & select best fit candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Team up with Coordinators and Sources to manage an efficient model of operation.
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Coordinate in development of Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure translation and alignment during the development and monitoring of departmental strategy.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
- Secure candidates from offers negotiation to onboarding.
- Proactively source for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels.
- Monitor the financial performance of the department against budgets.
- Recommend and prepare Talent Acquisition Department budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit.
- Track Record in sourcing and attracting right talents.
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
