We are looking to hire Junior HR executive to lead and manage the talent acquisition function across Malabar Group in order to attract top talent and recruit & select best fit candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Team up with Coordinators and Sources to manage an efficient model of operation.
• Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Coordinate in development of Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure translation and alignment during the development and monitoring of departmental strategy.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
• Secure candidates from offers negotiation to onboarding.
• Proactively source for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels.
• Monitor the financial performance of the department against budgets.
• Recommend and prepare Talent Acquisition Department budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team.
• Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit.
• Track Record in sourcing and attracting right talents.
• Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
