Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and assist customers with their queries and provide them with detailed information about our products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets as well as contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and availability, to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom's appearance to Khazana Jewellery standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

 

Requirements:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the retail industry; experience in jewellery retail is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Fluent in English and local languages.
