Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their queries and provide them with detailed information about our products.
- Achieve individual sales targets as well as contribute to the team's overall sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and availability, to effectively communicate with customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom's appearance to Khazana Jewellery standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the retail industry; experience in jewellery retail is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Fluent in English and local languages.
