We are hiring an HR Generalist with prior experience in the jewellery or retail industry to manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, incentives, and leave tracking
Manage employee attendance, leave, and HRMS updates
Support performance appraisal processes and training coordination
Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies
Drive employee engagement activities and internal communication
Address employee grievances and HR-related queries
Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
Liaise with external consultants, recruiters, and vendors
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Experience in Jewellery / Retail / Manufacturing industry preferred
Knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and compliance
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
