Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the showroom's daily operations and staff to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support the Showroom Manager in implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Train and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer personalized recommendations to customers.
• Ensure the showroom's visual merchandising standards are upheld according to brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory effectively, including stock checks and ordering new stock as necessary.
• Assist in organizing in-store events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Handle administrative tasks and report generation as required.
• Uphold company policies and maintain high standards of security and safety in the showroom.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in managing inventory and understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
