Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain the high standards of our products.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve set objectives.
• Collaborate with the design team to bring new ideas to life while ensuring practicality in production.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of improving production processes and increasing efficiency.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office.
