Lori Fine Jewellery is currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewellery collections, materials, and craftsmanship
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect piece of jewellery for special occasions or everyday wear
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through personalized follow-ups
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Executive or similar role in the luxury retail industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of different types of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery designs is preferred
• Proficiency in English and local language(s)
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
