Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Retail Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service in our store. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Retail Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store.
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Training and coaching sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Assisting in inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborating with the Retail Sales Manager to analyze sales reports and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Requirements: 

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English languages.
• Knowledge of jewelry products is highly desirable.
