Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and motivate store staff to ensure excellent customer service 
• Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed 
• Manage inventory levels and order stock as needed 
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner 
• Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue 
• Develop staff training programs to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 

• At least 5+ yrs experience as Floor Manager in Retail Industry preferred 
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
