Suraj Bhan Jewellery is looking to hire Marketing Executive for their store in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree 
• Previous experience as a Customer relation executive or marketing executive.
• Excellent knowledge of the products(Jewellery)- if able to study the customers need and market accordingly.
• Good listening skills.
• Attention to Detail
