• Manages day-to-day operations such as sales, inbound, outbound, return, stock reconciliation, returns etc and provide daily dashboards.
• Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products as per revenue targets.
• Manages logistics partners, for domestic and international shipments, and does conflict resolutions for any escalations.
• Ensure all orders are routed in a timely manner as per TAT goals.
• Identify process gaps and implement processes improvements.
• Focus on 100% customer satisfaction & 0% issue rates across channels both B2B and B2C.
• Manage all products listings on Zariin owned brand websites through the catalogue team.
• Prepare and present management reports in a timely manner on TAT, Returns and QC, Sales Analysis.
• Does vendor and PO management.
• Manage all logistics requirements of the business both in B2B as well as B2C.
• Understand the requirements of other marketplace websites, and assist in onboarding, inventory management on the portals, and smooth and timely order processing.
• Identify and analayse sales patterns, to forecast inventory and stock requirements, and issue orders to the vendors for the same.
• Focus on achieving company targets and taking measures required to self-correct and lead as per the vision of the management.
