Responsibilities

• Content Creation and Management - build out a content strategy and agenda that will engage both current and new potential customers in the area.
• Work with PMJ marketing team in other branches and come up with creative ideas to improve the brand value
• Create content pieces per month and report back to the team on KPIs to track goals and success
• Employ SEO best practices and develop a marketing strategy around each content piece.
• Coordinate and assist photo shoots for brand promotions
• Work closely with photographer to help style, plan and execute photo and video shoots with for use in social media, blogs, advertisements and the PMJ's website
• Take a hands on-approach and be involved in all creative aspects of photoshoot
• Support the marketing team with the creation of various marketing materials including print, e-blasts, store signage, etc. as needed
• Collaborate with graphic designer and photographer to facilitate the creation of marketing materials
• Manage department spreadsheets and assist with budget management
• Assistance in various other marketing department functions, events and campaigns as needed
