Job Description

We are hiring Asst. Manager - CRM for our Regional office in Chennai.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for monitoring & handling all activities related to CRM software, training CRM staff and coordinating with stores.
  • Should be able to acquire data from various data sources and weave the together to gain singular view of customer
  • Should act as the single point of contact for all data requirements in the Marketing Department.
  • Work on Call Centre data's to convert it into a leads.

Responsible for solving system issues/errors or complaints received from the stores related to performance of CRM software and get them resolved with the help of IT Dept.

  • Work with Marketing and IT teams, vendors to improve customer retention and lifetime value as a cohesive brand
  • Drive acquisition and customer engagement touchpoints.
  • Ability to Manage Bharath Matrimony leads and connect to stores for further follow up.
  • Generate overdue reports and coordinate with stores to clear them.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min 4 to 7 of years  experience in CRM campaign design in relevant industry.
  • Should have good communication in English and Tamil languages.
  • Strong problem solving skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Good data comprehension and communication skills.
