Job Description
Hiring for a Sales Executive for one of the leading jewellery company to be part of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to achieve the individual sales target and executing the company’s strategies to enhance the store’s profit.
- Receive the customer in a welcoming manner and engage with them to understand their requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, educate customers
- To ensure customer delight in each sale.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the Manager for business improvement.
- Report the sold stock to the section head for maintaining inventory; ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Generate customer leads and increase customer footfall.
- Acquire knowledge in all sections of the store such as billing, cash, OMS, packing, etc.
- Assist in BTL marketing.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and zeal to do jewellery sales.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Interns are also welcome.
- Education: Any degree
- Basic knowledge about computer
- Good knowledge about the jewellery products.
