We have two Positions

1 ) for Job work sales

2) for Outright sales       

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that revenue targets are achieved or exceeded on a quarterly and annual basis for all Jewellery products
  • Serve as the business expert regarding Kalista’s B2B products offering to both customers and partners
  • Create and maintain plans for high profile opportunities for the brand
  • Guide and participate in the development of winning responses to B2B  partners.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecast information to upper management
  • Work closely with and coordinate activities between different departments like  sales, marketing, product management and operations

 

Objectives:

  • Assist sales team with advertising and improving website performance, driving quality traffic and leads
  • Increase lead generation for Kalista Brand within the region of responsibility across new/used/after sales
  • Improvement on lead process with increased close rates/sales from leads
  • Communicate with current and prospective B2B customers via chat, email, in-person and SMS to nurture and prepare them for a jewellery purchase.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline achieving both personal and group metrics
  • Provide feedback and recommendations based on direct experiences with potential customers
  • Lead the Efforts in attending and exhibiting the brands in various Jewellery Trade Shows
  • Maintain customer relationships from the initial interaction up until delivery day
  • Provide strategic, data-led recommendations, tracking, and reporting to improve Sales across the business

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years' experience in sales/marketing
  • At least a Graduate/MBA degree 
  • At least 4 years experience in selling B2B Retail/Jewellery brands
  • Solid field sales and communication skills, strategic forecasting, complex negotiation, and relationship management
  • A positive self-starter with the ability to work independently to define the landscape in a rapidly changing business space
