Job Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Building relationships to drive repeat clientele.
- Constantly monitor the overall operations of the store that affect sales including customer satisfaction, ambience, cleanliness, and decor and service standards.
- Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
- Ensures the immediate response and correction of all verbal guest complaints by self and staff.
- You will acquire local market intelligence about the premiums/discounts which are being offered by the competition.

- Good leadership skills
- Good knowledge of the product
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales from jewellery field preferred
