• Planning the Month Target 

• Quality Assurance of the product across every stage of production. 

• Gold planning and allocation with Production team. 

• Weekly Report Given to Marketing Team for Party Gold Planning. 

• Monitoring the Overall Factory Lead time 

• Organize the Daily Production Meeting and Other Discussion Meeting. 

• Coordination to Marketing team and Solve their Requirement. 

• Reduce the lead time on New sample Order Processing. 

• Monitoring the Overall Order Delivery. 

• Prepare the Production report and communicated to Production Dept. 

• Delivery Information given to Marketing Team in Daily and Weekly manner. 

• Organized the Fair Related Activities and Coordination with Marketing Team. 

• Monitor and Track the new Product order and commit to Deliver with in time. 

• Intimate Delay order Information Marketing and Production Team. 

• Production and PPH improve to production team 

• Monitor the inventory raise against production achieved. 

• Committed to Manufacturing unit and services from wholesale dealers. 

• Resist efforts of competitors to attract the loyal customer. • Types of Information in the Customer Database and Approaches for Collecting Information.
