Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customers’ questions about our jewelry products.
• Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Atleast 10th standard education; higher education is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry or luxury goods, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and sales management.
