Job Description
Job Role:
To drive Malabar Group’s Talent Acquisition in the Region and provide assistance to day to day HR operations.
- Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
- Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings to ensure that the qualifications required match with the respective vacancy.
- Conduct preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring of appropriate talent to meet business demands.
- Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
- Support in ensuring proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines.
- Support in Issuing the offer/ rejection letter and facilitating negotiations with the candidate.
- Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the industry and suggest suitable improvisations that can be introduced.
Education : MBA
Experience : 4 to 7 yrs
Preferred candidates from Retail / FMCG / Banking ( NBFC) Industry.
