Responsibilities:

• Filing and shaping metal parts and castings to precise specifications using hand tools and filing techniques.
• Cleaning and polishing jewellery pieces to ensure a high-quality finish.
• Collaborating with designers and other craftsmen to understand design requirements and bring them to life.
• Maintaining tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Inspecting finished pieces for defects and ensuring they meet Sherly Jewels' quality standards.
• Adhering to safety protocols and best practices in the workshop.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jewellery Filer or similar role in the jewellery industry.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with delicate materials and components with precision.
• Familiarity with jewellery-making tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
