Roles & responsibilities

• To look for international Jewellery vendors who can ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining the quality standards
• To raise orders time to time to the vendors
• To monitor all open purchase orders & pro-active follow ups with the vendors
• Deliver a weekly purchase order report to management that indicates the required order details for all closed purchase orders & updates on delayed orders
• Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders
• Coordinate with demand side team to ensure that OOS scenarios are minimized.

Requirements -

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience of 3+ years in Jewellery space
• Should have a very good understanding of international shipments & transactions
• Good computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Salary 35k+ can increase based on Industry standard and old pay.
