Involved in End-to-End Local recruitment. Process starting from sourcing, initial screening to closing offers

Partnering with HR managers to determine staffing needs and to understand manpower requirement from the concerned department

Design, draft and update job description for the vacant profile

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates as well managing bulk hiring, bulk mailing

Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn,) job boards and internally to attract candidates and build relationships with candidates

Sourcing profiles through internal database (Naukari.com), References, Job Portals, Job Postings, varied Social Networks and having hands on experience on Naukri.com

Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates, Prepare & arrange interview schedule.

Shortlisting candidate in personal HR round and forward them for further technical round

Coordinating interviews with the managers

Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

Finalize candidate

To inform all managers as well new joiner for induction training

Independently handle new joiner for induction training

Maintaining authentic recruitment MIS

Exit Formalities [Exit Forms-Resign, Clearance, FNF]

Supporting for PF and Apprentice process

Check the Invoices of IT 3rd party vendors and submit after taking necessary signatures

Assist Senior member as per task assigned

Prepare relieving letter as per employee requirement

Prepare salary certificate as per employee requirement

Prepare experience certificate as per employee requirement

Prepare working certificate as per employee requirement
