Responsibilities: 

• As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, overseeing sales and customer service, organizing promotional activities, and developing strategies to maximize profitability. 
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that the store meets established standards of health and safety.

Requirements: 

• To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in retail management, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. 
• You must also be organized and have an eye for detail.
•  Experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in Jewelry Industry as Retail Sales Executive is a big plus.
