The Export Merchandiser will manage international client orders, product development coordination, and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with international buyers regarding design, pricing, and order specifications.
Manage the order lifecycle from sampling to final shipment.
Work with CAD, design, and production teams to ensure timely product development.
Monitor production schedules and delivery timelines.
Ensure product quality meets export market standards.
Prepare order documentation, costing sheets, and production plans.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of export merchandising and jewellery manufacturing.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple client orders simultaneously.
